Are surf lessons private or shared?
Lessons are private or semi-private depending on availability and group size. All equipment (board, wetsuit, leash) is included, and instruction is tailored to your level.

How far is the drive between Matanzas and Puertecillo?
The drive is approximately 1 hour, depending on conditions. Roads are mostly in good shape, and the rental car provided is suitable for the route.

What type of bicycles are provided for the enduro days?
We include high-quality full-suspension enduro bikes suitable for coastal terrain. Sizes will be arranged in advance to ensure the perfect fit.

Is the private house in Puertecillo fully equipped?
Yes. It includes oceanfront views, kitchen, living areas, Wi-Fi (variable quality due to remote location), and direct access to the wave.

What kind of travel insurance is included?
Insurance covers accidents, injuries, and basic medical needs during the 7 days. It does not cover personal belongings or trip cancellations.

Do we need to bring our own surf or biking gear?
No. Surfboards, wetsuits, and enduro bikes are included. Feel free to bring your own gear if you prefer—it will be safely stored.

Will we have assistance during the full trip?
Yes. You’ll have full support from the Four Elements team, including real-time recommendations, logistics help, and direct contact through WhatsApp.

What is the weather like in Matanzas and Puertecillo?
Coastal weather is mild, with sunny days, wind (especially in the afternoons), and cooler evenings. A mix of beachwear and light layers is recommended.

Can we add more surf, bike days, or wellness activities?
Absolutely. Extra sessions, yoga, massages, or upgraded experiences can be added at any time, subject to availability

Are meals included in the private house in Puertecillo?

Meals are not included in the price. The house does not include breakfast, lunch, or dinner by default. There are nearby places where you can buy groceries or local food.
